Probably more a reflection of where the game is being played.

While this is usually pertinent to the prediction, these two teams have a long history of winning on the road in the series. LSU is 5-2 since 2000 in Tuscaloosa. 'Bama has gone 3-4 in B.R. since 2000 and prior to that won like 10 in a row in B.R.

His opinion dosent mean shite ! I still can't get over the media suck fest though. I mean teams breaking in 1 st year starting QBs will struggle they say. The little gump savior just got to campus last week, shits the bed in the scrimmage, throw in the dumpster fire known as Lane Kiffin, and Bama is some how immune to these standards. They are ranked 2.

LSU is going to grind out a victory against the cheese heads and will be questioned by every news outlet in the country. Bama will get down by 14, al Qaeda will snipe WVU starters, Bama wins by. 2 and they will be given the AP title in week one for the character they have and never giving up.

the same clown who yesterday predicted us to lose to Wisky and lose 4-5 games?

It's the ole Stugotz/Stephen A Smith/Skip Bayless method. Take every side so no matter what plays out you aren't "technically" wrong

Also, I'm somewhat concerned that Les Miles might go a little too easy on Fournette this year.

As in keep him fresh because we will have three other more than capable backs? Yeah, that would suck.

Not really. Extremely misguided myth. We play more freshman, and in important roles, than just about anyone else in the country.

If you think about this, saying Bama will finish behind Aub and LSU and might lose to a MS team doesn't really contradict his prediction that the PAC 12 might be better than the SEC.

We don't like it but Bama has been the "bell cow" for awhile. No one is predicting a NC out of the SEC East, but it could happen, and if Auburn and LSU finish above Bama. He didn't say they were dominant teams. He said Bama was dropping off.

Who knows and that is why they play the games, but it is a consistent argument.

This position is so absurd seeing as how almost every major player in the SEC (sans Auburn) is replacing their starting QB this year while the Pac 12 has 2 legit and 1 darkhorse Heisman contender.

Greg McElroy also picked LSU to win over Bama as Bama's "lone loss", because "Bama isn't perfect" (I sweartogod he said this), and because the game is at Death Valley.
This, even though he did not rank LSU's RBs in the top 5 in the SEC. Guess it's because of Saban's "leadership" 14 years ago...

WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE .??? In my best Hillary Clinton voice. It was summarized greatly. He says Bama is going to finish behind us and the Barn. I stated his opinion doesn't mean shite as they are all just that, opinions. It also reminded me about the slob fest in every major poll for the gumps however they are hindered by the same issues that hinder other teams that the same polls are counting out because of those.

“My personal favorite remains Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, first home game after Katrina vs. Tennessee on a Monday night. Getting goose bumps typing about it. It was so loud and emotional that I think everyone was exhausted by the second half.”
-- Pat Forde, Yahoo Sports

“(Tiger) Woods pumped both fists and yelled, as jacked as you'll ever see him. But the crowd explosion drowned out whatever was coming out of his mouth. It was the closest golf has ever come to sounding like fourth-and-goal at LSU's Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night.”
-- Pat Forde, Yahoo Sports on Tiger Woods’ putt to force a playoff at the 2008 U.S. Open (June 14, 2008

“LSU fans have descended upon Dallas and reminded us of this truth: when it comes to partying, they're the pros and we're all amateurs.”
-- Pat Forde, Yahoo Sports (Sept. 2, 2011)

“From Bourbon Street to Baton Rouge, the freaks come out at night in Louisiana. And nowhere are they more raucous and unnerving than at Tiger Stadium
-- Pat Forde, Yahoo Sports
