I think many were excited to hear that, like myself. I will say that I don't feel like I necessarily need to be privy to that information in that way. Once the new president has been elected, they can work behind the scenes on firing Woodward and bringing in a new AD,
if that's what they want to do. We didn't need a proclamation and rant, that just doesn't look professional. We didn't need someone sitting at a podium telling us that Brian Kelly wouldn't be coaching against Alabama in 2 weeks. The manner in which the public was notified was completely appropriate. This was just not necessary, especially the jab about rathering have Donald Trump hire the new coach over Scott Woodward.
