DenBrock and Kelly haven’t worked together in a few years. Also, neither have worked with this personnel. It will take a few games to find their play calling and package rhythm. Also, it will take a few games to figure out their “go to” plays on 3rd down and red zone. .

I think you are underestimating the effects of having a coach that knows how to communicate. The biggest deficiency of this team is SEC Experience. Lots of key positions who have not played against high level competition. Oline, QB, Cornerback, etc.

There is a reason we aren’t predicted to win more than 7 games. Just enjoy and watch us get better. This won’t be our year. LSU fans will never admit it again but we have been on the outside of the Top 25 for 2 years in a row. Even if we beat FSU let’s not start with unrealistic expectations. Wanting to be great doesn’t make us great no matter how much you type it. Sorry to be a bad news bear.
