I just don't see how he is going to get 200+ in 3 quarters. Les will have him in victory formation to start the 4th.

Well, according to a few on the rant and judging by their expectations, Im going to say 6,617 yards on the year.

I don't think we'll see many games where LSU puts the ball in the air 25-30 times. That being the case I'm going with the under.

2400 yds, between the rbs we have, us maintaining a lead in the majority of the games, defense getting scores, him starting for the first time in the SEC, and Miles being a pretty conservative play caller.

would mark a great season

Over, it will be 2,943 for the regular season. Will bump later.

Mainly attributed to smoking the early teams, getting a bunch of yards, but then being pulled before he can ever top 347 on any particular day.

Will be consistent for the rest of the season to finish at 2,943 yards.

I've got him going for 2580 in the regular season; 2795 with one additional game; 3010 if they play 14 games again. 63% completion; 29 touchdowns; 7 INT's. Given the power of the LSU running game, anything close to this will have Tiger fans smiling.

I think fans have forgotten what's it's like to have a good QB after so many years of mediocrity and downright suckage at the position. 2200-2400 is not very much to ask for in this offense, hell JJ had around 2200 a couple years back.

In the limited amount we've seen of him, it's already blatantly obvious that Mett is actually a real QB. He will throw for 3000 yards with ease for the season AND our RBs might have 3000 yards as well. Get ready for a real offense Tiger fans...I think this team is about to destroy everyone in the way of claiming what should have been ours last year

Before selecting 2750yds, I almost said 2500yds. However, the more I thought about how this team looked in the BCSNCG and then out at the Spring Game, Les Miles is so much more confident in Mett than he ever was with the J boys. Les will turn this passing game loose right from the get-go. Plus, you enter year 2 under Krags n Studs offense.
