I never once said that he needed to get a raise. But you are making some horrible arguments against it.
Yeh. Honor the contract you entered. Horrible argument.
Saban took flack for doing the same thing....why shouldn't Miles?

These coaches get raises all the time. I understand what you are saying about honoring contracts but saying that someone wants more money at their job makes them less of a man is pretty ridiculous.

Why the ever loving frick would you do that as an lsu fan?

Only if you are trying to discredit wins. Wow. You are really sad. You would shite on the team's victories because you don't like the coach. Unreal.

Saban does it and he is a piece of shite. Miles does it and he is a man of great character

Nah my only point was that no one honors contracts anymore. Players, coaches, etc are always "restructuring" their current contracts or looking for a way out or demanding a trade. Its just the way things are these days. Contracts don't really mean a whole hell of a lot. Which is stupid.

His salary should be adjusted to the margin of victory each week. Maybe he would open up the playbook and surprise a few defenses every once in a while.

no raise none tell him to win the NC if he wants one.

He actually should have received a raise and an extension last year.
He got an extension and a raise, if you count incentives, after he flirted with again Michigan last year. Which makes two years he has done this.
That's all he is doing now, flirting for more money.

$4M only with the caveat that he MUST hire a new OC and get the offense into the top 25 offensive rankings for the NCAA. There is no excuse with the atheletes that we have to keep fielding a bottom 50 offense year over year.
I like this. He should have a sliding scale built in to his contract with about 500000-750000 in incentives for his offense to be successful. I would have no problem with that. He can earn from his current salary up to around 4.5 ish.
