NIL is going to lead to a lot of immaturity and inconsistency (Bama), but the transfer portal is the equalizer.

You’re not going to see QB depth charts of Tua, Hurts, Jones or RB depth charts of Ware, Hillard, Ford, Blue, & Jeremy hill anymore.
What’s changed NIL? Didn’t think it would have this impact. Figured the rich would just get richer
