The game was in Minnesota.

What’s changed NIL?

NIL is going to lead to a lot of immaturity and inconsistency (Bama), but the transfer portal is the equalizer.

I still don’t think both are sustainable long term.

What’s changed NIL? Didn’t think it would have this impact. Figured the rich would just get richer
Portal is a bigger reason why there’s more parity. As someone stated earlier QB’s aren’t going to sit 3-4 years like Matt Flynn, Mac Jones, DJ Shockley etc. Hell what Nuss is doing is the rare exception right now waiting his turn. The bigger schools are always going to get the top end talent for the recruiting rankings because of NIL, but gone are the days of the teams stacked with legit 2-3 deep blue chip players Which made Saban, Dabo, Les, & Urban’s teams monsters for years because of all the depth. Those kids no matter the position aren’t going to sit multiple years anymore when they can leave the following year without any consequences like missing the next year. You’re not going to see QB depth charts of Tua, Hurts, Jones or RB depth charts of Ware, Hillard, Ford, Blue, & Jeremy hill anymore.

It’s a week to week game.

THIS

Just win baby, no matter how ugly....from here on out, that is all that matters. One game at a time. There isn't a team on our schedule that will be favored by more than a TD over us, and most, if any, will be favored by less, if at all.
