You are suggesting he help an Oregon player get off their arse when their fans and players booed everytime an LSU player was down on the field, really??

They also were hopping around on the center of the field like it were their stadium before game and LSU showed a lil respect by doing it on their side of the field.

Go to the PAC-12 Blog on ESPN with the rest of the guys who have never played football before and think that OU lost because they made some many offensive mistakes and that LSU's defense and physical play did not create those.
Also James and Thomas both would not mention LSU's defense beat their arse and only mentioned they did not win because of mental mistakes.

They showed no respect before, during, or after the game. Now if it were an opponent that equally respected us then I would say talk shite if you can back up and yeah maybe help the guy up every now and then if they return the favor.

Every hit they took and every word that was said to them was well deserved. I wished Loston would have put his shoulder in number 80s jaw when he got called for the personal foul.

Nope. Want to intimidate someone? Make him think you genuinely want to do him harm

You act like a nice guy and you make yourself human in the opponents eyes and he thinks "that dude is good but I know he has no malicious intent, it's just a game."

Make him think you are a little crazy and he will be looking over his shoulder every play

maybe a better question to the OP is what does he think about coaches who act like Kelly did on the sideline yesterday?

does that bother him too?

or just a player attacking the game 100%

OP you sound a someone's grandmother on the sideline watching their baby no offense...trash talking is all within the game if you cant mentally handle it dont play its as simple as that... hes a defensive player he is supposed to have that aggression trash talking is a tactic and can throw the opponent off his game why would you want that to stop if it could possibly affect whether the opponent catches the ball the next play...NFL coordinators look for that aggression Rex Ryan Greg Williams Dick Lebeau...

GO frick YOURSELF! Football is not a sport for pussies. If Tyrann Mathieu wants to talk shite, so be it. If you can't take it get off the field.

And If you can't take seeing him talk shite how bout you go watch Volleyball or somethin. Somethin more sensitive for you gentleman.

BTW-Talking shite is a pre-req for Corners.

TM7 is an animal, but he talks a lot of sh!t after each play. I don't know if this will get back to him, but if it does I have 1 request.

If you are gonna taunt, please be man enough to help the player you just took down back on his feet. Remember who you represent... LSU.

Sorry if gemans

Wrong place db if your expecting any support for classy behavior. Class is frowned upon in this establishment. Lol.

The level of intelligence on the rant is amazing...

First off, I never said I want our tigers to be tame. I want them planting players in the ground on every hit. I want the opposing offense to hear footsteps and to be shaking ever time they step on the field.

But if you think that talking a lot of smack does nothing but get in the other players head, you are disallusional. I've been on a sideline where a coach has told a player or 2 to take out a sh!t talker.

So if anyone has a better response than I'm an idiot or a puss or never played the game.. once again I would like to know what's wrong with planting some guy into the ground, getting into his face and letting him know that he's TM7's bitch and then pulling him up off the ground and let him know to be ready to be right back on his back again?

That will usually net you a 15 yarder for taunting.

In all honesty most coaches would rather their player stay away after a big hit to avoid any chance of getting flagged for taunting the downed player.

You know I never tauted anyone or ran my mouth ever, but I also never helped up an opposing player, ever. Altough, I did say good hit to a few that knocked the shite out of me. I quickly motioned for thr medic when it was needed for anyone and always took a knee to any injured player but I never wanted to spend my game injury helping someone else up unless play was far way from everyone and I was only other player there. I would not turn my back on someone who reached up for a hand from another squad but wouldnt generally do it. You helped your guy up they did the same. Never considered it a mark of sportmanship either way. That was many decades ago. My little brother who played at LSU always did, but he was a nice guy on and off the field. I was not "nice" on the field. Not dirty, but not your friend until after the game.... ever. No sure how everyone sees that.

When someone is your bitch, you don't help them off the ground.

TM7 is a cocky SOB, and he's OUR cocky SOB. He hates everyone who isn't wearing purple and gold. And that's EXACTLY what we need. Swag.
