Its not split second. You have books and cards on what to do in what situation.
Baseball is like chess. It does havw strategy but its all preconceived strategy and no adjustment on fly strategy. If someone does something you have unlimited time to get your next move together.
Its by far the easiest coached sport and that's why you see so many old coaches at the highest level.

Oh so a batter has unlimited time to figure out that the pitcher is going to throw him a curve ball, when all the strategies and tendencies figured out before hand tells you that he is going to throw a change up
whatever dude

Erwin Center holds 16,734. haven't found any attendance figures for basketball, but doubt more than 185k went to games
In 2013, UT Basketball averaged 10,945/game last year. Only had 16 home games, so they got 175,116 total. While teh total is 10k lower, they had 4-5 less home games than an average team. Also, they were not very good at all last year (16-18 with a 7-11 record in conference).

And whoever said baseball has more strategy then basketball made me lol. College baseball has 0 strategy and isn't even real baseball since it has a dh.
The whole basis of this argument is that you said baseball does not have strategy.
In later post you admit there is strategy.
You are contradicting yourself.
Which is it?
Baseball has strategy, end of discussion

If one school determines if boring or not uconn says women's bball is awesome.

Baseball has strategy. I should have stated that it has book strategy and not on the fly strategy. The few times a year a coach says hey you run while he swings , that gets cumsies in pants of the fan. Ohh he went against the book in game 23 3rd inning. Living on the edge

Ahh. You're almost on top of me. I'm in 214. Nobody likes sitting by me because I spill shite every game

I'd almost...almost be willing to say Texas is a baseball school more than a football school, esp. that last few years.

Well both sidea of have constant motion so ill do defense
Should I switch screen (don't want to switch to bad match up) and onscreen do I hedge the sxrscreen to send high or out, do I fight through screen, go under and risk jump or follow and expext my help to he there.
Am I on help side defense is my man one pass away from ball? A drive is coming from wing to I step up to ball or does teammate stop ball and I fall to back side to catcg the cut.
Thata just half court d. And u do that all game with no breaks to determine next play. If u full court press u do that while fallinf Into the d described above.
The amount of thinking bball has to baseball on the fly isn't even close.
Unless you're r acist and just call it n ball

This all kind of sounds like what a batter would be thinking in the couple of seconds before the ball is pitched.

Except that's reaction to a ball going to the same location everytime (to catcher)
Basketball other players are ob constant reliance on you to be where yoh are suppose to be or it all fails.also you have to be ready to move anywhere while keeping eye on man and ball. Baseball if the ball isn't where its suppose to be the batter is rewarded with a ball. Its reactionary to the pitcher as in bball is a battle between o and d to make other side react and you don't have to be near ball to do so.
Baseball is great reaction timing
