You assert that "our athletic department has been an embarrassment this year". An embarrassment to whom? To you? Are you embarrassed? Why are you embarrassed?
Do you somehow feel that you, personally, are labeled as a "loser" if LSU doesn't win?
Do you feel inferior to the fans of the winning team because of a loss?
I'd venture to say that every player and coach on every one of our teams wants to win even more than you do. Give them credit and support them instead of whining about how embarrassing they are.
Grow up.

Probably the worst year in the three major sports in at least the last thirty years. There’s always been one program that was consistently good during that stretch. You probably have to go back to the early 80s to find a year as bad as this one was.

Woodward has made one home run hire in Mulkey and she basically recruited herself to the job. The jury is definitely still out on the others.

The past athletic department is why LSU is in this position.
