You should read their board after a loss, it's either a gigantic conspiracy (involving the smoking man and black helicopters)or incredible fluke. There are several on their board that still feel/believe that they were a better team than LSU. USC, WVU, Boise State, and Florida. They just had a bad game that night.

With all due respect, I've found that to be the case on most message boards of losing teams - including this one.

They are some whiny bitches, and they really, really hate Les Miles. Thankfully I will be escaping from OKC in a couple months and moving back South.

AND.. LSU fans would never bitch about playing someone outside of Tiger Stadium.
LSU fans complain about only a few things:
1. Day games
2. Lousy concession food
3. Pick 6's
4. Over offishice JERKS!

If it will make you feel better, I hereby disown the AP 2003 #1 ranking. Now, tell me how, if I was really able to do that, it would increase in any way, form or fashion the legitimacy of your 2003 BCS Championship? Shoot, you've won another since which we haven't. Yeah, that game was over by the second quarter. And, they had Heisman candidate Adrian Peterson, unlike the year prior.

No need to shake in your boots but I just dont see how u can come on here to insinuate that LSU fans are hypocritical on the subject of making excuses for a game that has NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS THREAD and happened 30 yrs ago. Lots fans make excuses for losses. This thread is about OU/LSU game. Most posters here agree with me that it's pathetic for OU fan to make excuses about this particular game. They were handled by LSU's defense.
