But its all cool... O will go 6-6 next year... Get ready cause its coming....

BUT he DID take a team that Miles QUIT recruiting for and took them to NYD bowl game... AGAIN... Go root for Vandy.. They would LOVE A 9-4 record and A NYD Bowl... LSU since 1-9-12 has been mediocre at best.. Don't make it sound like just because we hired O that we weren't there already.. if you can't see this there is ZERO help for you..................

So we should have NOT got rid of Miles?

Nowhere in the quote you replied was Miles' name mentioned. On top of that, what does not trusting O have to do with firing Miles? There were plenty of other qualified coaches LSU could've hired instead of O.

So, you are suggesting that LSU is now supposed to measure their success against Vanderbilt? Seriously? Is that how far LSU has fallen?

What does this even mean Peej?
Most of the class of '17 he recruited anyway and it still wasn't enough for you?
Are you implying Miles was supposed to keep recruiting after termination?

unfortunately it didn't work out.

Did you ask the question why it did not work out?

Could it be because O did not keep his word to Canada and LSU that he would stay out of the offense?

I definitely get it. You're saying that fans who aren't satisfied with a 9-4 record should go be a fan of another team that would like to be a 9-4 team.

You suggest that instead of expecting a team like LSU to have a better record than 9-4 because they have the talent to do so. I would hope Orgeron expects to be better than 9-4 against the schedule they played this year.

Who said anything about Miles?

You might want to read the whole post....

quote:

I lack any trust or faith in O to fix it, and he hasn't shown me anything that makes me believe or trust him. For others, maybe that's different, but anyone and everyone will judge people and their abilities in public-facing positions, especially if it's something we care about.

You may trust O. I don't. That's just how it is.

Go root for Vandy.

I'm an LSU fan, so no.

quote:

They would LOVE A 9-4 record and A NYD Bowl...

It sounds this like pleases you, so you should root for Vandy...?

I don't disagree, but O also didn't improve anything. We are pretty much the same. Staff and all.

Again when you make these comparisons, we only go further down the rabbit hole (Miles' 2-2 start looked a lot more defensible by the end of the year.....) . Like I said, you trusting O and me not trusting O is just how it is and will be until something changes for one perspective or the other.

All of this.

And I still haven't seen anyone on the pro-O answer your question.

you bitched about Miles not winning sec road games by enough points.

it's amazing watching you spend the last 5 years shitting on a season with 1 loss and a sec and then saying we should be happy with 9-3 because Vandy and Kentucky would love to have that record.

you're the biggest and most football ignorant hypocrite on this site.

No, you just don't have a clue. The hard times were playing over 30 freshmen last season while starting 12. The hard times was starting two true freshmen on the offensive line for the majority of the year. One started the first game of the season - the first time that had happened since WWII. Hard times was injuries and not being qualified on the D-line.

The first 4 or 5 games of the season last year were the hard times. That shite is in the past.

then why did your dad publicly claim that they were going to make the playoffs this past year?
and no that's not something HCs do.

Either that or Dave Aranda was lying in the interview that he did with the Advocate. You are probably right though and Dave is just lying again.

dont forget if bama doesnt kneel it out LSU likely loses by 3. I kinda wish they had scored so we could have been spared listening to people talk about how "close" it was. no one said the 2015 game was close, nevermind the fact the margin of victory was THE EXACT SAME.

Anyone that says bama didnt whip us last year is crazy.... playing close doesn't mean crap.... wins and losses are all that matter to me... I don't care who the wins come against.... but we can't be losing to Troy EVER....

yet there was a 50 page thread on here in december in the wake of Troy being declared New Orleans Bowl champions, with O pumpers trying to convince the rest of us that Troy is a good team, nevermind their recruiting rankings or the fact a single player on their team wold not start over an LSU starter.
