So then you should have no problem with saying that 10 regular season wins is the absolute minimum expectation for this year, right?
no....11 wins should be the floor this year. With the talent this team will field, no one on our schedule except Bama should be favored over us.

“O is doing better”
Our offense has been stagnant since 2014. Our defense has progressively gotten worse in the last couple of years. Recruiting has been a wash to slightly in favor of the past staff. How we are playing against Bama has significantly worsened.
In what way has this improvement been demonstrated, other than supposition.

Sure it’s a fact. Just like it’s a fact that the 2018 team’s junior class was the 2016 recruiting class. Here’s another fact, the 2016 offensive recruiting class produced one regular offensive starter.
It sure is a fact that the 2018 junior class was the 2016 recruiting class. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out. And as far as the 2016 recruiting class only producing one regular offensive starter, that's neither here or there as far as I'm concerned.
What concerns me is that the football program, under o, hasn't improved record wise than what we were getting while Miles was still here minus the 20o8 and 2014 8-5 seasons.

I guessing in your mind you just had a "gotcha" moment.

You have made that assertion dozens of times without qualifying it as only opinion. Thus, you are a habitual liar.
Yet another example of stuff Ree would say

And again you are wrong and shockingly you don’t even know what a lie is. I would be a liar if I KNEW you were NOT Ree but said you were anyway.
Not qualifying it as an opinion is because I am supremely confident that you are Ree at worst I would be wrong

Nearly 60 pages, and this is all that needs to be said.

I guess you missed 10 and 3 with a number 6 finish huh?
Hey don't feel bad it happens. You get caught up in the negativity and just lose any objectivity.

Like claiming 10-3 one year trumps 10-3 some other year because you like who the coach is?

The season was essentially the same as Miles's last full season. Miles was a canceled McNeese St game away from the same record.
Final ranking is primarily a result of when you lose your games. But make no mistake, the 2018 team had the same chance of winning anything of significance as the 2015 team did.

Well we did finish with our highest ranking since 2011 but it is mostly a work in progress and this year will be critical. The offense must be better, you have a returning Sr at QB, more experienced OL and WR, what looks like better RBs from last year, hopefully more like the 2014 RBs. There is also a willingness to at least say he wants to be more open on offense as opposed to “the engine is good” because we had a generational talent at RB.
I also disagree that the defense has gotten progressive worse. It’s obviously not 2011 type historic D but it had continued to be good.
As for Bama last year was the worst loss since the 2002 but 16 and 17 were basically where were post 2012. I think you can also argue they were better as well, the last 4 years they are 53-2 vs teams not named Clemson

I never claimed that it was better or worse than Les. It stands on it's own as a good year. It's only losers like you that have to compare constantly.

If he had begun a bona fide changeover on the offense, he'd still be here (and likely with some damn good results)

At least you admit it's possible for LSU to move on from a coach even following a "good year".

Not to mention you were all up in the 0 is an upgrade over Les thread.

10-3 when you're picked to go 6-6 does trump going 10-3 when you were expected to compete for the national championship. I know it's hard for you to understand, but it is real.

You're the one comparing Les and O constantly.

There's that 6-6 number again. How long til you drop it down to 5-7 just because one person said it?

Someone should tell 0 that, since he expected to compete for a championship that year too.
