He isn't throwing more than 5 yards, can't move the ball throwing short every time, have to stretch the field at some point

Nix must be averaging like 3 yards per pass. I haven't watched him any season but I assume he has to start taking shots at some point.

Stats are not going to matter for Nix. Qualitatively if he can carry the team and rally with some meaningful plays, regardless of stats, he will get the trophy.
