Miles did some great things at LSU but it was time for him to go. Time will tell if hiring O eventually pays off where LSU wins another SEC title and NC in near future. You may want to tear him down to prove a point. I'd rather support his success. And if he doesn't do what he needs to do...Next HC up. It is business...nothing personal.

Slide down a few threads and congratulate O on the 2020 class he’s put together.

Here is the link, I dare you

We've scored 10 points on Bama in the last three years. That doesn't bother you, even a little?

We have to get better vs Bama. We have to. If we want to win the west, that's a must do. I'll be jubilant to win the west. We can save the natty conversation for another time. There's only one coach in the SEC who has beaten Saban more than once, currently.

I want to see O fix that. I'll be happy to eat all the E crow or whatever it is because I'm a "basher." I expect more with what O has at his disposal.

I appreciated Miles for the most part of his tenure. But if Miles was HC last year we don't beat UGA, the number 2 team at the time, PERIOD! Results vs Bama could have been worse with the running in to the wall offense like we showcased in 2015. And we may have lost Aubie. Burrow is not on our team if Miles is HC either and our QB landscape would not have the upward trajectory we now have.

Everybody knows that Miles underachieved in his time as LSU hc. Everybody, except you I guess lol. Like I said in previous post...there's a reason why Miles only opportunity to coach in the power 5 is at the worst power 5 program in the country...he's an underachiever, and people saw it. He is riddled with flaws that he refused to change. Look at all of the talent that he absolutely squandered at LSU lol. You have got to be kidding me man. O is just beginning here, and the future looks bright for the tigers. Very bright.

I do have to side with this. I'm a huge Miles fan but I do think you're right here.

More reality: Les Miles coaches for Kansas. It’s ok to cheer for them.

Hope you still have some energy to pull for our Tigers too. We are going to be good this year under the direction of our damn strong and highly intelligent head coach.

Winning a national championship and getting to another with the best record LSU football has had in who knows for how long is underachieving? Talk about not being realistic. Even if you despise the man, you should be able to give him credit for doing that. If you're a fan of LSU, you should be able to tip your hat to him for at least that.

based on what?
during miles' tenure, no program beat more ranked teams.

that funny since the last time we had a lead against bama for a single second was when miles was the coach.

it's only on an upward trajectory if Burrow has a good season and MB doesnt suck

I got over that. Others have not apparently. No I don't like it. But I know the issue is primarily OL. Wire and Rosenthal in the near term, Cam Jackson, Martinez and potentially Dumervil, Crawford etc. can address that.

See I don't bitch and complain about shortcomings that can be corrected. But yes I do like to bitch about Negatigers and ridicule them as they are so easy to mock. Look to the future not the past. I know some here are incapable of thinking that way. Such a shame and a sorry way to have to live. But each to their own.

Tell us about the illustrious quarterbacks that Les Miles trotted out in P&G over the years.

I never mentioned this. You do what you want there.

10 points in three years doesn't bother you vs a SEC west opponent? You're ok with being second best then? Am I reading your post correctly?

We are better than that and I'm tired of seeing us being Bama's whipping boy.

Not being a jerk, I'm really asking.

he has one of the most accomplished tenures in sec history let alone the best in lsu history

yeah because he is 20 years older than the average age of a p5 coach and is the oldest p5 hire in over a decade
quote:

he's an underachiever,

before lsu he went to a program that had 1 .500 or better season in 12 years and had them winning 7,8,9 games.

he came to lsu and had the most accomplished tenure ever at a top 15 alltime program
