It actually opened up at 3.5 I think...people started taking Bama, drove it to a quick +6, I just bought a point and put a shite ton on LSU +7....seems like a pretty good deal at -135.

Sounds about right to me. That's pretty much saying they would be a three point favorite on a neutral field and they get 3 more for being at home

I do not believe the game will be close. But at the same time do not know if LSU will be the pigeon or the statue.

I heard someone that seemed to know about this type of stuff as a guest on a radio show not too long ago, and he said that Bama usually gets more than the customary 3 points for homefield. He suggested it was closer to 6-7 points on the average. So, if that's true, it explains the line.
