Watching Arizona and Oregon go at it, both teams run the SPREAD, not a hybrid of the spread, but the pure unadulterated SPREAD. The options given in the SPREAD are innumerable. I can only imagine how a player like Harris would do in a SPREAD. But Harris will be under center handling off to a running back with 10 in the box, contrasted against the LSU defense which will have its work cut out for them with the Auburn SPREAD. Think about this, Auburn lead the nation in rushing last year, running the ball 70% of the time? That’s what the SPEAD can give you, Suck on that ... Neanderthal is alive and well in BR.

It's 3-0 late in the first quarter.

Neither defense is ranked in the top 80.

And while running the SPREAD, they win CHAMPIONSHIPS, right? Because our goal in running OFFENSE is to score POINTS, and win CHAMPIONSHIPS, and all CHAMPIONSHIP teams run the SPREAD, right?

If by SPREAD! you mean lining up with 3 WR and 1 RB, and running and passing equally out of that formation, then I'm with you. If you mean some type of pass happy constant hurry up that trys to run 90 plays a game and ignores all pretense of running or clock control, then frick that
