When these kids accept scholarships, just provision the scholarship to say if you leave within a 3 year period, you must pay back the scholarship. Make this a rule to scholarships through the NCAA and there will be no more one and done...YES SIR
The NCAA has no power to keep kids in school if they want to go pro

It would be nice if college sports were college sports again. But, the money is too big now. It is basically professional sports without the salaries and agents for the big sports / schools.
