so they are basically trying to tear down the status of the program in order to prop up pm's postseason record. explain how that makes sense.

speaking of strawmen...

you losers love reaching all the way back to '08 to prop him up don't you

I'm not reaching back to anything your retarded mother fricker. I'm starting when CPM became the head coach of LSU. That's not cherry picking. That's judging his entire career at LSU.

I’m not a CPM guy but you have to understand it isn’t XBOX where you can just move people around at will and it works out right away. Regarding the Hess situation A. He has to have a new rotation healthy and ready to pitch when the move is made. B. Moving Hess from Friday night to the closer or pen role in the middle of the season with an injury as well as other injuries inside the staff has mental as well as physical adjustments that need to be considered, not only for Hess but for the other guys as well. Can Hess adjust to pitching more frequently, will it hurt his confidence, do you have a Friday guy ready to take his place, can whoever it is handle the pressure as well as the workload, how does it affect the rest of the weekend? I think it’s the right move, I’m happy he did it, I wish it was done earlier but it’s done now and if it works it can give us a needed boost.

and you all complained about me cherry picking stats

How is stating an absolute fact cherry picking?

Do you even realize what cherry picking is? When you purposely exclude successful seasons under CPM's tenure, to help boost your argument, THAT IS CHERRY PICKING. What did I exclude to help my argument?

Really cool rant. A bit PMS-ish though.

Now what is your solution?

I'm sure you have one.

It's a pointless endeavor to engage him. He doesn't know what others are arguing (and doesn't really care to learn and listen), only knows what he thinks he is arguing and assumes what others are, regardless of whether the basis of his opinion/argument is based in reality. He thinks the "stats" he posts give credence to his argument, but when one doesn't know how to apply the stats correctly or honestly, then those "stats" don't hold the same meaning. I also don't understand why he believes that unless LSU is #1 in wins and/or titles in whatever arbitrary time period he chooses, it somehow means the head coach is not doing his job. We all want to be better and the best, but that doesn't mean we must also think that any coach who isn't unarguably the best is somehow a failure to the program. His arrogant and sanctimonious attitude also doesn't help

Why can't Trindon Holliday play defensive end?
