MEDIOCRE. Get over it. The guy is not producing like we thought he would.

So the problem is with your expectations, not his production. Got it.

Do you always lash out like this when you're the one who is wrong?

Arrambide does not need to play anymore in any regard

So you’d be okay with having one catcher for the rest of the season?

Some of yall are too fricking retarded to watch baseball.

I am stating a fact. He has been mediocre this year.

Where on Earth besides Tigerdroppings can the guy who leads a team in strikeouts, batting below .270, and third on the team in OPS not be considered mediocre? Like I said before, people are tearing down Yorke and he has better numbers in almost every column. Lets be forreal here.

Yea I had high expectations for him, just like CJJ did dude. He was portrayed as the best hitter on the team all pre-season, so forgive me for having high hopes.

'm not lashing out, I'm discussing baseball.

I'm having a great day. And yes, I will continue to be optimistic about our players. The fricking horror.

I think people are so negative because it’s easy to be negative

Plus, it also sets them up for a win/win situation. If things wind up being as bad as they initially thought, well deep down inside it sucks to them but at least they get to beat their chests and say they told us so

And if it turns out that they’re wrong, well frick, they get to enjoy the victories and then don’t have to come back and address their negativity.

It’s an easy mindset to have, but in my opinion that’s a coward’s way to handle sports

Look at Nicolastiger. Yall remember how hard he quit on the team last year?? How did that turn out? I’ve called him out multiple times and he’s never once even responded to me. Perfect example. Coward

He has really picked it up. He was looking pretty bad before. Any bat heating up is good for us

I am not being negative though. I said Arrambide has been mediocre this year so far. Never said he sucked, or that he will never be good, just that he has been mediocre. People get defensive when you say things that are not 100% praise about their fav players. In the same post I was also being positive about Serna being a guy that should be in the line up everyday.

There's a difference in being negative and calling a spade a spade. I will always hope these guys succeed, but I won't just look past the fact that our supposed best hitter on the team isn't above .300 and leads the team in strikeouts.

For what it’s worth I wasn’t specifically talking about you, I actually think Arrambide has been struggling defensively too

Crazy power for a freshman. Terrible defensively but Bide is no better there. I'd rather bank on the younger guy than the guy in the program 2 years and still can't catch a strike 3 right down the middle.

Didn't Serna hit a ball earlier this season 118 off the bat? He's HR that one the midweek game was close to a record in length too. That guy is already at big league power as a freshman.

Thanks to me. I got him going when I called his grand slam. Been on fire since. You’re welcome.

A couple people predicted at the beginning of the season that Serna had the talent to explode and become a real contributor this year. A little early to say it's happening, but Serna does seem to be coming on.

lol I was waiting on this. I knew I hit a nerve.
No, he is not playing mediocre, ANYMORE. However, when this thread was active, he was 100% mediocre hence Jay sitting him the next weekend.
I could have taken a victory lap last weekend when he was on the bench, but I didn't because I don't ever hope a guy fails, just call it like I see it.

Happy for the kid! He may live up to that hype after all and if thats the case, lookout tigers are rolling.

He was hurt. That's why he sat.

But keep crawfishing a-hole.

Man you really showed me! haha what a sensitive little man you are. Nobody was crawfishing. Arrambide was dogshit for weeks before this weekend. Its embarrassing for you to bring up a thread from 2 weeks ago to try and have that gotcha moment and you're still wrong. He was still shite when this thread was active. I am happy he has come around, I said that.

You're a sensitive guy, everyone knows. You hide behind long wordy posts and dumbass stats to feel smart. Little ProjectP is a fraud who held a clipboard his whole baseball career.

Most of my posts only have 2 or three words in them because I'm telling idiots like you to either frick off or go frick yourself. If that's too wordy for you, maybe you should stick to an audio medium or something.
