COVID-19 allowed CPM another year at LSU. The way team looked, they would not have finished 2020 well.

And despite your adolescent wishes he still would’ve been the coach in 21

You are showing you don't know shite about LSU baseball.

#1- the season was far from on the path from being called a dumpster fire. We played a grand total of ZERO sec games, so how you can make that claim one way or the other is ridiculous.

#2 - You are going to sit here and pretend that Mainieri teams haven't put things together and got significantly better late in the season?

You can hate Mainieri, and make shite up, but you are going to have to try to argue against absolute facts I presented.

Is Mainieri past his prime? It's absolutey possible. But to try to sit here and project what MIGHT have happened, with the rest of the season, when there is far more evidence to suggest that your prediction is wrong, is just stupid. Click the downvote button, to make yourself feel better, but you won't have any type of argument to come back that doesn't make you look even more dumb.

What I don’t understand is that there are PLENTY of real, substantiated facts that someone can use to bash Manieri but the people who, most often, choose to do so aren’t paying enough attention to actually use those facts so they just make shite up.

Not even just facts either. You can have valid opinions, against CPM, that are difficult to argue against. They don't even bring these ups. Now I'm labeled a CPM apologist simply because I call them out on the ridiculous arse claims. Have you ever seen me argue with someone who had a valid concern against Mainieri?

Mainieri goes to Omaha at a 38% rate. Laval went at 40%.

The current gap in championships is longer than any gap since LSU won its first.

It’s time to fire Mainieri.

Remember this batting order got a no-no thrown on them by a Sunday starter

Will have to improve leaps and bounds at the plate to get to Omaha

Wow. I'm not even going to go there, and I'll just give you the benefit of it being a troll. And if it was, nice work.

Do some quick research. Check out where the three OU starters went in the MLB draft, and then get back with us.

Yeah, getting no hit sucks, but I was commenting on the fact that you said "by a Sunday starter," like he was a joke of a pitcher. He very clearly wasn't and the draft proves that.

Sample size and all that but still you’re right we have to get to Omaha in the next two years if Paul wants to keep his job.

If 2020 would’ve played out and we didn’t make it then I would say that PM was on the hot seat. But as of right now I think he has until 2022 to make some noise. Can he do it? Idk. Hope so.

He was the Sunday starter

Kendall Rogers compared him on the level of Labas

If he compared him on the level of Clayton Kershaw then I could accept the no-no

Bottom line is LSUs bats have been underwhelming for a couple years now. Must recruit better

LSU should never get no hit

But dude just went in the 4th rd.

Labas didn’t get selected

Where was Labas drafted? Seems Rogers was way off on his comparison, if not a single MLB team felt the same way.
