They wouldn't leave. Shea would only be here for a year. This would allow brenna to put on needed weight, let Narcisse better his accuracy and get more confidence with the ability in his legs after his surgery because I'm sure he is still a little tentative. Shea being at practice would grow our qb position and having a stud qb in practice to compete with everyday would develop our youngsters. Then when Shea leaves to go to the draft, both Brennan and Narcisse are both 110% prepared and ready to lead a team rather than just "manage" a team

For all we know Brennan & narcisse are no better than Jefferson and Lee. You can't pass on a guy as good as Shea Patterson in hopes of keeping two guys you have no idea about.
