Mike Elkeaux

There was another former Duke coach that we actually offered but went on to coach at Florida.

Wonder where Mike Elko got his ideas on how to run a program and how to coach at the highest level.

Hint: definitely was not at Texas AM.

We are married to Kelly for better or worse. He’s not going anywhere unless he retires on his own.
The co-ordinators may be on thin ice if we don’t get better but Kelly ain’t going nowhere.

OK , but do we really have to give the head coach a 10 year guaranteed contract for close to 100 million ? Could we have gotten a decent coach with a five year deal ? If this marriage diesn’t work , it’s a helluva buyout !
