Just told me he that Joey Burrow grew up close to him and he watched him in high school and said he was unbelievable and was Ohio states best option to start this year. Said we just hit the gold mine with him and he was a pure winner. I know cool story bro but excited! Geaux Tigers!

It was refreshing hearing the way he raved on him and said he has some sure enough wheels on him, a good not great arm but biggest strength was he wants to win above all else. So we will see.

I remember being really excited after the Arkansas game when Jennings came if for Mettenberger. He threw the bomb that won the game. It was a great day. Then when the next season started, it got ugly. Harris showed up and I was excited, then it got ugly. Eitling was better than the others, but not elite
This time, I don’t think I will be disappointed. Burrow walks in proven, accurate, runs well, built well, and prepped well. Gonna be good. Not sure what Ed promised him, but It worked.

What about Jordan Jefferson and his performance in the bowl game against Georgia Tech? I was convinced after the game he would be one of the best QB's to ever play here

that game was cemented on charles scotts first carry. no way we werent gonna dominate them. that bowl game is like JJ against aggy in 2010. very deceiving

No. He’s saying Urban picked the best QB for Urban’s system. And Urban’s QB are the best athletes who can throw a spiral, not the “best QB”
