Do you think there is a difference between one person yelling a curse word sporadically during a game, and a whole group of people chanting a profane phrase in unison loud enough to be heard outside the stadium and on TV every time a song is played?

Oh-we-oh was only banned because of one specific incident during the South Carolina game in 2007. Always felt it was a bit ridiculous they took that one away. I am almost sure they will be gone again after the Texas A&M game though.

This. It was preposterous that they banned it because of that. It was very audible that the chant was "you suck, cocks." The plural is important to make the distinction between saying "you suck dick" versus "you suck, game cocks."
