Chicken, for those in the Mandeville area, Elleshoe said WOW on Hwy 59 will be showing the game as they have Dish Network. I am guessing the Covington, Abita Springs, Maidsonville and Slidell area could watch as well, but they may find someplace closer to watch it.

Why can't Ronnie Rantz and Jumbo Sports help the Geauxzone, and give a free promotional weekend and air the game via the geauxzone for fans around the world.
I'm not sure if it's even their call. There may be some contractual issue preventing it, and other parties may have to approve it, including CST, LSU and the NCAA.

18th Amendment is the best bet for those in the Washington, D.C. area. I will call & confirm this when they open at 4 p.m. today

If someone in Louisiana that gets CST kindly puts this on JustinTV....then all us slapdicks that do not live in LA can watch this game.
TIA to this kind gentleman

Was thinking the same thing Bacon--will stand down until you talk to them. If they're going to have the game, we should definitely pack the place....

I second this, anywhere in NYC?? I heard Legends was kind of an LSU alumni bar, but no clue if they will have it

I haven't been to Legends as of yet, but thats definitely the LSU spot. Although, much like has been mentioned previously in this thread, the odds of actually getting the game don't seem so great. But if it is possible, Legends is most likely where it will be.

I'm from mandeville but want to maybe go to a bar in New Orleans and watch it. Any good places that a 20-year-old can get into?
Posted on 6/3/10 at 1:32 pm to Stromile Swift
I spoke to the GM of Big Woodrow's this morning and he said as of right now they will not be able to play the regional games because they can't pick up CST. The only way it could happen is if ESPN worked out a deal with CST for the rights to play it and I doubt ESPN would be that legit.

I called the Field House in Philly. They said they will have the game on. But from earlier postings it doesn't sound like this is possible.
What gives?

i think a lot of places just assume that the regional will be on some satellite station and have no idea what they are talking about

I'm sure a daycare in the area is airing the game. Go watch it there. They could change your diaper while you watch it and bottle feed you.

Probably far fetched, but Nashville? And also I just moved here is there a standard LSU alumni bar around these parts?
