Horton is really good. Seems like a reach that early but I wouldn’t hate it as a Cubs fan. He should be in the bigs quickly, too.

We (Cubs) have developed pitching horribly but after taking Wicks last year, I like going after more polished, college arms that can make it quickly. We need that.
