i've seen articles like that 50 times though where the kid said it 100% then went pro. Colvin did it last year, i remember a RHP from Florida 5-6 years back named Matt White or something like that doing it too.

Leblanc shot up out of nowhere and could have gone in the top 5 rounds or so, but when he signed with Tulane late he became a signability question.
