No you misunderstand. I am not knocking mett, but it's out first game against a crap team. Why not show the fans what our QBs can do?

This is Mett's first start. Let's thank god it's against NT. No doubt he needs to get his ish together in a hurry, but i believe he will. He will improve and I like what I see, for the most part, from our O. Sure O-line can block better but they will get it together. People...the sky is not falling. We have a great team!

Mett doesn't look good. First quarter due to rush. Then he just looked spooked.
Hope it's not a matter of overrated. Lots of hopes on him and high confidence from people who really hadn't seen in play in many game situations.
One thing for sure, those who said Mett would have been difference in BCS game ... Probably not

Some of these comments are hilarious we'll get the stuff in fixed. Remember we're playing North Texas it's hard to stay up for a team like that. Bama is playing a big game they are more pumped.

We're up 21 points. It's not like we're hurting. I'm just saying put him in for a bit. What damage could it do? You make it sound like I am calling for Les' head or saying Mett is useless. I just want to see what he's (rivers) got for crying out loud.
