Don't be surprised when this game is closer than you think. BYU is a very physical team that doesn't get blown out. 24-10 LSU

LSU wins 27-6. The game is never really in doubt based primarily on how effective our D is.

DE goes 9-23 for 88 yards, 0 TD's and 2 INT's. Receivers will be as much of a problem for our O as DE's arm.

Guice gets 203 yards on 19 carries.

We get several Offensive penalties which hurt our drives and keeps us from getting more points.

Our O will get better as our passing game improves over the season.

Tight game till 2nd half.
LSU defense puts the clamps on after halftime. Final score won't tell the story.

Tigers score early and often. A BYU beat down.
I say 45-10 , good guys. Guice goes for 200+

So an 80% completion ratio... yeah, we're going to have to agree to disagree on that one.

This could be a tough opener. People selling BYU short like they did against Wisconsin last year. However, we WIN this one this year....LSU 27 BYU 20

There's no way that they will have an answer for Guice without their leading tackler ILB.

They might get a scrap TD against our backup D late in the game.

41-0

Etling looks shaky at first but they keep him passing the ball once the game is comfortably in hand and he finds his stride in the 3Q.

Defense makes a huge statement this game and we're starting a GoFundMe to raise money to keep him.

31-9 LSU wins with good defense. Aranda won't let them score a touchdown. Guice has an All-American/Heisman performance and Chark have a good receiving day.

Yes because nothing has changed right? Also, because byu is on par with Wisconsin right, and it is at byu? Yes, so many similar things.

38-17 Tigers. Etlings completion numbers will be higher than most think because of shovel passes. If he breaks 200 yards we win easily.

I think these stats would result in a higher point total. More like a 52-13 or 56-13. Our defense will likely set us up with some good field position. I'd be happy with your result though.
