Jason, I sent you an email.

You guys are setting up near where we do. (Let us hope the grass is cut this week.....had to cut it ourselves the last couple of games)

What are you guys cooking?

I am offering my grill,

If we share our pasta/shrimp salad, and bring our own meat, and can we use your grill ( and do we need extra charcoal, do you think)?

Mr. Momma can man the grill to cook our food, of course..

How do you think it looks for us grabbing a spot there and having room?

I am sure from the looks of things that if everyone pitches in we will be ok.
Some have mentioned offering money for the food. There is a supermarket off the exit ramp. They should just stop there and pick up a few things instead. I think that would help out more.

Momma's thoughts on this... if everyone brings about TWICE what your own group would use of whatever you choose to supply...then you'll be covered and have enough to share with those who have something else.

My group consists of 4, so I am bringing enough salad and meats for the grill for about 8-10--- then some people can have some of that in exchange for the buns or condiments that we aren't bringing....

except for the papertowels, cups and untensils--I'll bring more of that, 'cause my kids can be messy!!!!

Should be ok. When are you guys coming in?

The land grab started yesterday, but there is usually plenty of room in that area. We are setting up tonight, and I will give you guys an update.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I'm bringing over 3 times what my group can consume, and hope everyone else does to. CAN'T FREAKIN' WAIT!!!

From Jason's map it looks like it is the triangle formed by the crossstreet of Woodfield running between Donahue and College (College and Donuhue merge) Woodfield is a cross street that is about a quarter of a mile on either street past that merge.

Street Map for Tailgate

Tailgate Area

On the second map, Woodfield is the bottom cross street running from Donahue on the left and College on the right. The buildings toward the left are some type of green houses. We are behind the white building on the right (the old fisheries building).

Hope this is of some help.
