If your an NBA team with first pick, would you take the chance on someone with obvious great skills but not able to take a game over in final minutes when given numerous chances. Or do you think he will have more agressiveness to will his team to win against grown men of the nba when the effort or killer instinct wasn't there against college opponents. I'd love more than anything to add to LSU resume of having a first pick but don't see how an NBA team would take that risk. And the team who picks numero uno is not going to be the team with a much better supporting cast than what many here have blamed LSU's lackluster season on. So what changes. And bowing out on NIT, Embarassing and disgusting for our esteemed university. Maybe John Bel told them we couldn't afford to let them play any more games.....

Frivolous Tree-Duck. Have about a dozen that hang about in back yard and love to fly around and land on across the street roof.

I thought CJ was going to be really good this year. If you watch, even in the first few games of the season against much lesser opponents, we were getting beat on third down for long pass plays right down the middle. I remember seeing the dbs looking at each other and it always seemed that CJ was the culprit that bit to the outside. Now we're later in the season and it appears the same things are still happening. Checkthe Ole Miss game when they hit a third down over the middle and we are quadruple covering one guy on the sideline. Looked to me as CJ was supposed to cover the middle. IMO, this is why we have continuously seen Mcray obviously being played out of position and being burnt.
I think he looks great for our future. Shows poise, can move around and most of his passes seem pretty dang crisp.
We were right behind the bench at the Florida game and unbelievably saw one of the players, cant remember his name right now, pull his cell phone out of the front of his pants during the first quarter and shoot off a text. Everyone in our section saw this and couldnt believe it.
He did throw a pick six yesterday if the db doesnt drop it.
Paytons sticking it to him.
Is Deuce what he used to be? No. Can he still move a pile, make cuts and keep the chains moving? Absolutely.
If he pounds the ball 15-20 times, defense gets tired of hitting him and thats when he goes around him. Just havent given him that shot this year except for a couple of games. Games we won.

He could replace Jason David. Just sayin
keep in mind that we were playing kc
I said the same thing but it was like he was doing it to Drew as they went through some things this week and it was an inside, I cant believe it kinda thing. Either way, after the first two times, it was time for him to stop and be upset that we didnt get a first.
This was evident during the Georgia game. There receivers would go up and get the ball whereas our guys dont seem to quite want it as bad. Not defending Lee because he has had his share of bad passes but how many times do our receivers seem to not even try.

Regardless of what our opinions of Jarrett lee and JJ are, JJ needed time against Tulane to prepare for Injury. He is all we have behind Lee.
How many of the Top 25 were forced to start a redshirt freshman?

What else did you expect him to do? Any former coach would have done that to kids he had recruited.
