Are practices open to the public everyday?
If so what times?

Actually Gausmann will probably leave after his so year since he will be a draft eligible so due to his age, that is one of the reasons he decided to come to LSU and also since Zach Lee ended up getting most of his signing bonus from the Dodgers

Gausman would be eligible to leave after his sophomore year if he wished. His birthday falls in Jan. of 91 which is a year ahead of his class. Cecchini was also one of those guys had he made it to campus.

How many of the Juniors that are eligible are likely to enter the draft? Any chance we are going to have a senior play maker like Hollander in the next few years?
Posted on 2/10/11 at 10:20 am to TheDiesel
I think Hanover will be that guy. Most likely he will be back as well as Ott unless he has an absolute sensational year.
If the draft were today Mahtook and Nola would be gone.

Adam, what's your affiliation with the team? If any?
Just curious. I always love your reports and "inside" info.
If you'd rather not say I understand.

I'm not a part the LSU baseball team directly through the school. However I follow LA high school baseball closely as well as LSU and a few other small colleges and share my opinions/views about the team. etc...

JaCoby starting @ 2nd? I like it. Put him @ 9th in the order, let him takes his lumps and adjust to college pitching. Should be ready to move up n the order by the time SEC play rolls around

He must've been struggling with 3rd base

Sounds like his reaction time wast fast enough for the hot corner. I just hope him & Austin have the same chemistry Hanover & Nola had on DPs last yr
