No, I don't get emotionally attached to the play time of players I don't know. I support the personnel decisions of championship winning coaches because they have a lot more on the line than me. I don't always agree with the decisions but I'm not about to go on a equality and deserving crusade like some of you have gone on.

10 straight runs in the 4th it's like he just wanted to get outta there without being killed even worse

I think so too. but if JL couldn't play because of academic reasons, why not put in the QB of the future and let him get some snaps?
This I do not disagree with at all

i've NEVER seen an LSU team in the miles era not go down at least TRYING to win the game.
If there is ONE super positive thing you can ALWAYS say about Miles coached teams it is that they play to the fricking end.
Which makes the Bama game all the more unexplainable. It makes you think there had to be SOMETHING off the field that was wrong because it was so goddamned out of character for Miles. The guy has his quirks but quitting has never been one of them.

15-0... down two TD's
with 14:55 left...
and you quit?

his play dictated that he deserved better, not fairness or equality

People are funny. They don't believe ANY of the rumors about Miles(rightfully so) but they STILL buy this academic bull shite which has NEVER been anything more than a rumor itself.

some people cannot separate miles from lsu,if you don't think miles is great and a nice guy then you hate lsu

JL EARNED playing more than what happened after Bama 1. He fricking EARNED IT and anyone who can't see that is fricking dishonest.

Considering that you are always bashing miles, you being ashamed of him isn't surprising

has NEVER been anything more than a rumor
Had to take 2 Winter Intercession classes, to walk in the Spring.
I'd say it is a bit more than a rumor. . .but I'm not saying that it affected playing time, because I do not know that.

and you finding any reason to defend him is?

I'm still waiting for you to tell me how awesome crowton was at Maryland without the mythical miles "handcuffs". And how jimbo is just tearing it up at Florida state since he has become head coach.

and i'm still waiting for you to tell me who gets the credit for our offense this year

I'm not talking about you in this instance. Your opinion on miles is emotionally invested in jarret lee, that much is obvious. I was talking about doc.

Actually, to change the subject a bit, I found his being let go after one season hilarious!!
Crowton blew. Miles made the right call getting rid of him and if anything, shoulda done it one year earlier.

The head coach gets all the blame for the offense sputtering and losing the national title game. The head coach gets all the credit also for taking this team to 13-1 winning the SEC title and Winning unanimous coach of the year awards.
Your turn.
