One of the more unusual pieces we have is Charlie Mac's briefcase he used when he was an assistant coach at LSU. The lining inside is separated from the leather. We tell people that's where the cash was stashed on recruiting visits.

Now for the grand finally! It's a game day jersey worn by none other than Billy Cannon!

My dad got it when he was attending LSU in 1958. It's a heavy cloth jersey and it even has blood stains on the back. Don't know, but has anyone seen a game day jersey from him? My father could not remember the game it was from, probably drinkin a little to much.

Funny story, my bud and I cracked his safe that he kept it in when we were about 11 years old. We were running around playing football with it on and he went balistic when he drove up on us in the back yard.

I have been torn between getting him to sign it or not. It's so cool just like it is, and his signature is very common. Should I or should I not get him to sign it?

I'd get him to sign it. I don't think his signature being common or not matters. You would have a Heisman trophy winner's game worn jersey signed by him. That's worth plenty.

Plus, I think it'd be interesting to see how excited Cannon would be to sign one of his 50+ year old jerseys. He might not even have one of those.

Yeah, Id def get him to sign it. His signature may be common but there is noting common about a signed game worn Cannon Jersey. He might be able to tell u when and what game it was worn in

A picture of Harold Boudreaux dressed like a woman.

I was auditing a class at LSU in the late 90's and there was a costume contest for bonus points on Halloween. Harold Boudreaux was back in school and he dressed in a woman's outfit with a wig and make-up. The person next to me was takings pics and brought me one next week because I was laughing so hard at him. I still have it, but I have no idea where it is.

Oh, I think he came in first place with the other two in his group.

Reads like you may be in close contact with Robert Knight (Fullback) 84-85.

Dear Dam, when someone uses the word damn as an expletive, it is spelled DAMN, not dam. A dam is a barrier that obstructs the flow of water.

Also, the word UNCLE is spelled with a "C," not a "K." Normally, I wouldn't point out something like this. But your repeated spelling of the word with a K indicates that you do not know the proper spelling.

You have chosen to associate yourself with LSU. I do not want the world to think that LSU fans don't know how to spell "uncle."
