Assuming you get Clark Lee at his current Vandy pay rate and terms? I would say absolutely yes.

Yes. There are probably 20+ coaches that would be better for us right now.

The “CEO” model doesn’t work when your CEO is incompetent. We need to hire a coach that can run one side of the ball. That way we are only worrying about one coordinator each year

I have no idea. I can’t interview Clark Lee to know what his plan for recruiting, NIL, transfer portal, coaches, etc. There are so many factors that go into hiring a coach that fans have no insight on. Thats why the whole “who would you have hired” hypothetical is pointless.

most head coaches follow the CEO model in today's football. Not even Lane Kiffin runs the Ole Miss offense anymore, which has been a point of contention with their fans

I’d trade BK for a tainted Quarter Pounder. No meal. Just the burger

Clark Lea is 5-24 in the SEC, so no. I'd take him as the defensive coordinator if we were looking for one.

That may be right but our HC doesn't have a clue on either side of the ball

Image pining for a coach that is 15-30 and is from the coaching tree of your current head coach.

I'll be you were all aboard the Napier train, too.
