This is stupid
Why remove Alabama?
You realize those teams are also facing LSU D and LSU O is not?? Aside from a&m OT, that matters..
So go ahead and remove LSU from their scores as well.. then recalculate.
Regardless, these other teams are also trash.. doesn't make up for where we should be.
What's UGA's PPG without LSU included?
UGA is averaging 39 PPG w/LSU and I think Alabama included.. FWIW
again why did you take out Alabama? LSU averages much less.
I still don't get the point of removing Alabama..
a&m averages 35 PPG with a shite QB that they made the most out of in YEAR ONE.

Again since you want to remove Alabama.. LSU's offensive stats seem potentially skewed from a 7 OT game where both defenses had nothing left whatsoever.. and that game had no business going to OT to begin with.
The 100th type of ranked offense, which is more accurate to the season, that we continue to field is incredibly difficult to watch at times.
And I'm tired of the excuses of oline and players. and wait until next year. It's ground hog day every season.
I long for the day LSU fields a top 30 type of offense. LSU will continue to field the same results until actual change takes place. I have been that fan that says next year is our year, because we are veteran and the schedule favors us.. only to watch us still field crap offense and drop games to teams like Wisconsin in an opener.
You can make stats look any sort of way when you configure it a certain way. The truth is, the offense was the exact thing we have been disappointed with for quite some time.. and it's no where near the level it should be. Even though we beat UGA, LSU should be very much on par with what UGA is doing. 1-2 losses, actually compete against Alabama, top 5 recruiting (we may get this), top 20-30 offense, top 25-30 defense (uga is 13th, we are like 29th)
Offensive TD leaders and in order of offensive rank
1. OU (85)
2. Alabama (84)
4. Houston (76)
5. Clemson (80)
6. UCF (71)
8. Ohio St (75)
13. UGA (65)
44. LSU (44) W/7 OT game
LSU (40) W/out 7 OT game
without that crazy ending at a&m, LSU is probably around 40 total TDs and 80-100th ranked offensive range. (I haven't done the stats though so just guessing) Again though, the rankings of stats don't matter as much as to what we saw throughout the season. LSU played too conservative against Florida, Alabama, and a&m and it cost them.. especially against florida and a&m. That run, run, run in like the 4th OT? was really bad. Nobody could stop anybody through the air.. and we ran three straight times.

quote:hey pimple. Don’t try that. You’re not that smart. This wasn’t your discussion and you are not welcomed.
Who scored the go ahead?

quote:you SIR started all that shite with bringing up the TAMU game and using it as an example that the shitty offense is good. Here is what you said:
I agree that LSU got hosed that game against a&m.
You sir have some serious issues that go way beyond lsu football. Wow.
quote:
Wow. Are you retarded? I may be mistaken, but I think lsu had top in the a&m game, and I'm certain they gave up a 70 yard to drive in less than 30 seconds. They may of been worn out in overtime. Not regulation. Yes guy, the lsu offense scored the go ahead td in the fourth quarter. Defense could hold. Fact.
People like you think they are smart by trying to spin numbers to make their position seem ironclad for the optics of it. Don’t try to bullshite people that know better. This was never about the last drive in the TAMU game. It was about the offense aa a whole. So you admit that LSU defense scored the game tying TD after the offense did nothing most of the game, and the refs screwed the defense at least twice on that drive that allowed TAMU to tie the game YET you try to spin it like it was all the defenses fault because they couldn’t hold a lead. GTFO with that bullshite.
