Orgeron does this every week. After the Missouri game he said Emery should have gotten the ball more. He's the head coach! Tell the coaches to give him the ball if you feel that way!
After another game he said they need to get Gilbert involved earlier.
Every week he says it's on him, but he acts like it's the fault of the assistant coaches when he's free to make any calls he wants during the game or before the game. I don't think he has any clue until it's all over.

We don't design anything to get our best players the ball. We run the same run play for 2 yards at most. There's no creativity in the passing game. The offensive line is the worst in the power 5.

Our players are better than state and Missouri. And they are better than the performance we saw tonight. I know it’s tough for some people to accept because he’s a great tiger but E can’t cut it and linehan was a terrible hire. I’m behind O but if he doesn’t make the necessary changes we will be talking about his buyout next year

For the 1,000,000th fricking time, Linehan isn’t going anywhere until Nuss is enrolled at LSU and is on campus at the bare minimum. I doubt he gets fired this off-season. That’s why he was hired and he helped get Nuss committed, so that’s that.
The best you can hope for is E retiring after the season and Orgeron hiring a good OC to replace him. After this season, I think he would swing for the fence and look for a real home run, rather than a safe hire like E was. Then Linehan could be demoted to WR coach, which is all he should be.
