A transfer. I won’t bother naming any but there are a few who could play better than Nussmeier did this year.

Brady definitely unlocked something not just in Joe but the whole offense. Joe’s rise also goes back to him leaving every drop of competitive juice on the field in that ridiculous 7 overtime “loss”

Why? And who? Malik Murphy? Jackson Arnold?
I think Malik has a lot of upside but right now he doesn’t compare. Plus Nuss should hopefully see a bump in performance in year two. This kid clearly loves LSU. He’s never wavered or played any stupid portal games.
The QBs in the portal this year are pretty weak overall. There isn’t a Cam Ward in there.

Will have a chance to become the career leader in passing yards next year. Which is pretty impressive when guys like Joe Burrow, Jayden Daniels, & Tommy Hodson are ahead of him.
