You type like you are angry. Relax. You sound like you are trying to convince yourself to believe your own argument. It's okay. You don't have to play in the game. No need to hype yourself up.
I have raised 4 teenagers not buying the this childish argument. Type angry, LOL I guess that is the best you can do when you don't have an arguement. Its as good as money. It will be a good game, always is, but this year the Tigers have the edge.

I'm sorry I interpreted your typo-laden reply with its inconsistent use of punctuation, spelling, and capitalization as an indication of anger. You are obviously a calm, rational, and logical person. That was my mistake.

As to your argument, it really isn't much of an argument. Is it? You are simply stating an opinion based on facts that are open to a variety of interpretations. The truth is, you still have Jarret Lee and Jordan Jefferson. You, once again, have an All-American defensive back. Yet again, you have a strong RB corp. Alabama once again has a stifling defense, great offensive line, Heisman candidate running back and a star in the making backing him up. We've seen this scenario play out before. One year, you guys won. One year, Bama won. You think your team is great, so do I. I just think Bama is greater.

Luckily, I don't have to play the game.

What is THIS supposed to mean????

I don't think they are. They are a very good team and Saban is a GREAT coach[ Sunday through Friday]. He has trouble with IN-GAME adjustments. It showed last year against LSU. The same WILL happen this year. Say what you want, BUT LSU IS the better team.

Just what it says. You have had two game-ready quarterbacks for going on three years. It wasn't a slight. It was simply stating that it isn't a new development.

I could also say that Bama has had a game manager type QB for three years as well. Not necessarily a bad thing. It just means LSU will not be facing some new wrinkle they have never seen before.

See I'm not even going to argue that. It is a waste of time. You love your team. I love mine, and my perception of their quality will be colored by emotion. I think they are the best team in the land. It doesn't mean I think other teams aren't good. I just think mine's better.

As far as in-game adjustments, well I can point out that no one has scored on Bama in the second quarter this year. Obviously, some adjustments were made.

English major or future sports writer? The All American DB is also a Heisman canidate. We too have a strifling defense. We have seen this play out before Last year The Tigers won. The Tigers are winning the Turn over ratio. Top special teams and kicking game, and area that Bama has strugled in. Field Position win games Turn over ratio win games What we see on Bamas team that is new is last years backups Tigers have more returning starters. More game experience. That also helps to win games. The Tigers have played top multiple ranked teams, and Top ranked offences, that that they slowed way down. They have played top ranked running backs at Oregan that were said to be unstoppable. Not saying , just saying.

If you had said 4th quarter, then you might of had something. Some of the worst ranked offences in the land have score on the Tide. Not saying, just saying. Look at the rankings. If the Tide had kept them scoreless, well..........

NOBODY has pressed Saban into making any. He does his thing. I am gonna do what I want and try to stop me. NOBODY has. LSU WILL force him to make adjustments. Coaching staffs???

LSU>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>BAMA. And do NOT even try to argue this.

You are right. IT IS. BTW I am NOT an LSU HOMER. Just a fan that has followed college football for over 40 years. I am a fan of EVERY TEAM.

About Bama causing teams to lose games after they play Bama-I don't think this is far-fetched. Previous LSU teams have had that effect on other teams. In 2006, after the robbery at Auburn, Tubberville said his team had a very hard time recovering physically from the LSU game.

Also, I've seen limited Bama highlights-I think they push the envelope on late hits. 2 years ago, there was a definite late hit on Jefferson in Tuscalousa that wasn't called. I'm more concerned about the refs in this game than in any game in a long time. A few calls/no calls either way may decide this game.

Happens every game for all teams, just part of it. That is true home field advantage. Part of football. This Tiger team palys very well on the road i.e. Morgantown.

Throw this one out, they played without their starting QB

Bama played them healthy and hurt them. We played the hurt version against their 3rd string QB and no Demps.

I spotted a potentially huge weakness of Bama 2 weeks ago but will keep it to myself and see if LSU jeopardizes on it. Also, don't feel like 15 rantards telling me I'm absurd for thinking this.

I believe LSU can handle a little home cooking but it can be done so blatantly that any team would have difficulty winning.

to me this is the biggest thing. i think LSU is playing as the best team in the nation, but bama has been very solid as well. and everytime LSU goes to alabama to play football, wether its bryant denny or jordan hare, they have to play against not just the other team, but the refs too.

is this LSU team good enough to win on november 5th against the tide and the refs? i think so.

I think we need to begin disecting the shoe sizes of each player position by position...i'm sure someone would be willing to research this and it's factor in the outcome of the game

Ok what does that have to do with them having the best D-line by far that we have played so far?????

We are both playing the best two defenses in the country , arguably. They haven't faced anyone near our caliber on defense and vice versa. I think this will be an epic game, regardless of the winner.
