Poor linebacker coverage across the middle.. every time the qb would break a tackle there was a receiver in the middle of the field that was wide open

what did y’all see that allowed Florida State to continue to move the chains.

Zone coverage, rather than man-to-man. And Jordan Travis making plays to be able to buy time to throw the football. Defense had him dead to rights a few times and he made a play.

Honestly was the biggest problem in the game, totally different game if they don’t go 11/17 on 3rd down

Honestly, it started with our front seven. Our DLine is not good, plain and simple.

I’m gonna have to say you are wrong here…. The d line stayed in the backfield and caused disruption but struggled finishing the play by tackling, the DB’s did great downfield covering except for the flee flicker which the db almost rebounded and made a play, the one handed grab was good coverage just a lucky fall for FSU!

The struggle was linebackers covering their zone and letting the WR and TE find some gaps and sit in them… the qb just had a dang good night of scrambling and finding those open zones! I think we will improve

Was the difference in the game in my opinion. The team must improve in this area. It killed us.

Matt House like the Saints on 3rd and long situations were playing the sticks.

Except it wasn’t 3rd and long situations.

It would be like 3rd and 4 and our DBs were lining up 8 yards off the receivers, who were then making wide open receptions right past the first down marker.
