You cant argue with any of this, this was well thought out and measured.

I don’t bash when they lose and sure don’t get overjoyed when they win a series against a powerhouse EK.

Then my post that he replied to doesn't apply to him.

But you expert baseball coaches

Never claimed that only that we don't know how the season will play out so why not be happy with a win.
quote:

tell us how we should feel about our team

The whole point of the thread was that the win created the absence of these threada from people that have been bitching about the losses. So, in other words, in this melt it's ok for people to say how we feel after losses, but not after wins.
quote:

How bout just once, one week we beat the mid level team on Tuesday and then sweep the opponent on the weekend, then spew your spirit at everyone

So, no excitement or after wins. Got it.
quote:

you’ll feel confident inside while you’re trying to tell us fans who question why we can’t just beat the shite out some people consistently, that’s all.

Again missing the point. If you're so passionate about the losses, why aren't you equally as passionate about wins or at least post to discuss what we did right?

Why would I be excited if we lose? You aren't making any sense at all.

UGA has struggled mightily with Santa Clara this weekend. SC had them Friday, UGA tied it in the 9th. Then I think SC took the lead in extras, UGA tied it again and then eventually won.

UGA trailed yesterday as well, before winning.

Now they are down 3 in the 9th again today.

Lost today too. They lost the series.

I was slightly wrong on UGA. They played 4 games against SC. Won Friday easily. Struggled in the first game yesterday, and are down 4 now.

Tennessee started red hot. Wins over TT Friday and Stanford today. Florida swept Miami.

aTm losing to Army as well right now.

Lost today too. They lost the series.
According to Live Stats the Auburn Sunday game is in the 7th inning. #8 ranked Auburn is trailing 10-1. Auburn has 5 hits and has given up 14 hits in this game.

If they lose today then UCF will have swept the Aubbies this weekend.

EDIT: Now it's 11-1 UCF with UCF still batting in the top of the 7th.
ETA2: Auburn lost game one 3-1 and lost game two 7-3.

ETA3: Final score today UCF 12, Auburn 2. Auburn gets swept by UCF this weekend.

Like I tell me little son when he gets in trouble at school:
“Well Dad little Johnny and Susie got in trouble too”
And I politely say “Son I don’t give FK about little Johnny and Susie!”

what the hell do you think every ball club in the country is doing, oh that’s right the injuries, good thing no one else has injuries

do you just say this with no research?

only 5 of the top ten teams are unbeaten. Louisville #2 lost to wright state midweek game, lost a series to ole miss. They will be 4-3 after today.

Vandy #1 in the country. Lost to Cal Poly and Michigan (granted Michigan is good)

Miami #7 got swept by Florida (ok not a weak team but to get swept this early)

Auburn #9 about to get swept by UCF

Michigan who beat mighty Vandy and is ranked 11 lost 3 of 4 to Uconn.

I could go on but the point is not every top 25 team is running away with it. Some teams are struggling. You don't understand baseball if you expect LSU to blow out every cupcake school, and think we are the worst team ever when we lose to instate schools.

No one is saying this was a great weekend and we are clearly the best in the country. But the, this is the worst baseball team ever, people don't understand the sport.

You are right. That's exactly the same thing as talking about what other top 25 baseball teams are doing.
