yeah, can't rely on jumpshots, hopefully Storm Warren can stay out of foul trouble in the second half

Bo had a really rough first half...give UCONN credit on man to man..they are confusing him...he's having trouble telling when they are going to hedge him and when they are going to jam him off screens...very good defense.
and on the Zone instead of settling for the 3 he needs to penetrate off the pass while the zone is transitioning from spot to spot....he's missed Taz in the high post a few times as well while settilng for the 3.
Need Bo to play a little smarter the 2nd half.

If LSU can try to not have dumb turnovers and figure out that the blue 3-point line is the one you have to stand behind then we might be alright.

WTF is wrong with taz? He was supposed to be our "glue". He sucked in that 1st half.

He can catch a hot streak....but when he's cold he's really cold...and he's not like MT that you knew he coudl shoot his way out of it.
When MT was struggling he would penetrate and then kick..or penetrate all the way to get him self going again with some easier points.
I just don't like Bo shooting 3's off the dribble...if he's spotted up feet set...i'm fine with it..but I can't think of any he's done that with so far.

Just a reminder...although the game could get really ugly or really right...basketball is not football...basketball is a game of runs...its how you manage the other teams run that decides who wins the game..if LSU can cut it to 10 within first 5-10 min (which is only 3 possessions in long run)...then they will see how UCONN responds to our run....it's far from over...no need to get down on this team and say how much they suck.

He's playing in the middle of a defense that is bigger, quicker, and more athletic than him. He's gonna have some trouble finding shots if the perimeter guys don't start making shots and force UConn to space it out a little.
