I appreciate everything that he has done for LSU, but I truly don't give a crap what he has to say about this team.

Negative. I can only speak for myself, but I will tell you that I NEVER worshiped little Nickie. He was tolerated because he won football games. I always disliked him because I thought he was a disloyal, poorly spoken jackass (relative to other coaches...'aight). It has nothing to do with Bama. It has everything to do with how he left Michigan State and how he left LSU (and how he subsequently left the Dolphins and will ultimately leave Bama).

When you are calling someone an "idiot"...it is important to spell the 3 letter word "WHO" correctly.

I'm not a "swampie", whatever that is, but I really liked Nick Saban as head coach at LSU, and I did not like him going to Alabama. But, I still think he's a great football coach. I still am very greatful for what he did for my school. And, I pull for Alabama whenever they aren't playing LSU.

Let me add, that I really, really think LSU LUCKED OUT with Les Miles. It took a while, but I really like him now. It's respect. He's earned it, and he deserves it.

TO a great game:

We don't worship any coaches, dead or alive, at LSU. I had several interactions with Saban and always thought he was an a-hole. My friends who played under him couldnt stand him. He won some games, never went undefeated though, and even lost to UAB. I knew he wasn't perfect and far from the best. He couldn't win in 2004 as well as Miles could with the same players in 2005. After the Iowa game I was done with him. How will you feel when he leaves Bama?

wut?

In 2004, LSU was 9-3, in 2005 we were 11-2, some difference especially sonsidering $aban was out the down for the bowl, which he lost

I wonder if having a soph QB vs a RSFr was a factor?
