Finally someone admits that CLM is a great coach!

Before the game Saturday, fresh off the bus and still in his suit, Miles faced the Alabama student section. With boos raining down, he stopped and faced them. And saluted.

Coach Miles just can't help but to talk to anyone around him.

Nice one from Scarbinsky. Some of the comments are golden.

Did you see the comments after the articles. They are fighting amongst each other and bringing up the Bear Bryant past. Pathetic.

From the comments below the article:

quote:

45-25-5. Twelve years ago it was 42-16-5. Winning is new to LSU. Every series usually is filled with streaks by one team or the other. Just ask Tennesee, they once had a streak against Bama. It just took LSU so long to put one together against us. You can't isolate a few years of a rivalry. If that were the case, records would not be kept at all. Bama owns LSU 45-25-5. Twelve years does not a dynasty make. Talk that chit when you when just five national championships and 15 SEC titles. BTW, UA has eight and 22. Wake me when LSU is a top ten all time program:

I don't post much, but I hate when Bama people bring up all time wins and records against other teams. They were great in the days before scholarships were capped in 1978. I give them credit for making the kids in those days go to Bama. But if you take a look form 1978 to present, when everyone has the same amount of scholarships to give out, they aren't as dominant or impressive as they would make you believe.

Since 1978 here are some notables:

18-15 vs LSU
9-9 vs Florida
5-5 vs UGA
18-15 vs Tennessee
16-17 vs Auburn

All info came from college football data warehouse.
