Do you think it will be an Open Competition next year at QB or has Burrow done enough to solidify himself as the incumbent starter?

No competition. O is not going to take risks. He will play the guy who provides him job protection. That’s Burrow.

If Brennan couldn't beat him out this year, I highly doubt he will beat him out next year.

I truly do not believe that QB is our issue.

Exactly. By no means am I saying Burrow=Tua. But would Tua be putting up those same numbers behind this offensive line and philosophy

Biggest problem is O Line
# 2 problem innovation in Offense which is dictated in part by OLine
then about # 4 is QB

There is no QB competition. Burrow will be the QB next year.

Well...what does that mean for Brennan? Is he gonna stick around if that’s the case?

Brennan will never be a starter at LSU.

It will be JB

Here's another "NEXT YEAR"

SE is retained as OC
Offense struggles again
Calls for SE to be replaced
SE/CEO apologist advocate to keep him bc it would be screwing Myles

Wooow. And an upvote...

Hopefully you upvoted yourself and there aren't two people in the world that believe this.

I've said the same thing about Brennan never starting, particularly after the spring, where the table was set for him to take over, and he couldn't.

Barring injury or some crazy turn of events, Brennan won't start a game for LSU.

Mr. Ohio Football 4* redshirt junior came in and edged him out. Not too too much of a black eye on our redshirt freshman. I wouldn't write him off just yet. Lolol

Because Brennan would have been a disaster
