Yup.
The only time they go away are for silly prepackaged intro type things. Otherwise, it's those static ads at least 95% of the time.
I haven't seen them use the whole thing for video.
Again, I'm not arguing the need for ads, just commenting on what seems like a waste of technology.

I sit in the south endzone and you cant see any of the info on the bottom. I always have to look back at the other scoreboard for everything

UT does the same thing with their board it's just that it's soooooooo much bigger it's hardly noticable.

Our big a*s screen is not utilized right. they could put so much stuff on there to gets fans pumped up rather than blaring rap music. It was the end of the 3rd quarter before I even heard "hey baby", but had heard 5-6 rap songs and everybody in our section was complaining. They need to have a better pregame video or something too

Also, the 2 smaller screens on each side could be used for information..and the big one in the middle could be for the game. I know money talks, but that screen COULD be awesome if not for the fricking ads.

Honestly...this is about the only thing that would make folks happy.

I actually like the current size of our new screen. I think going much bigger than that borders on being obnoxious and possibly distracting.

I also sit in the South Endzone, and during the ULL game, The scoreboard operators use the whole video board to show highlights such as the Billy Cannon Halloween Punt Return, Skylar Green's touchdown against UGA, D-Byrd touchdown against Auburn with no time left on the clock, The Earthquake game.
I wish the could do that like on at least the replays cause I always watch the replays on that screen and it would be much better if they switched to the whole screen on the Tigerviews.
