Gray just doesn't make a ton of sense with our colors. I could see it looking decent if done right, though. Maybe more of a charcoal look?
Would not be opposed to a cool alternate this year. Feels like it's been a minute since we were last excited about a new uniform. Golds vs Vandy were solid but we were 6-4 coming off 3 straight losses, so no one really cared.
Have wanted to see LSU experiment with a tiny bit of green for a mardi gras themed uniform, but that's probably better suited for baseball/basketball since those go on during that season. I would what LSU's "city edition" uniform would be if we wanted to get really creative. Obviously, just don't want to deviate too far from the brand.

As a legacy LSU fan, I'm on Team Grey-- but that doesn't apply to the uniforms. It's gold-white-gold or gold-purple-gold, all these newfangled alternates can take a hike-- that includes that "all white" look which has gained so much traction in recent years

The purple color never matches different parts of uniforms in all sports. Shades of blue seem to sneak in most of the time.
