Thanks again, that's 2 helmets that I passed on today. The first guy wanted 135 for the ware helmet and the second wanted 150 for the j.j.

I don't know if this is fake or not, but LSU does paint and polish the helmets to be ready for games.

The only way to be sure is to buy one from the team store next to the tiger cage. But they are more expensive...$400 I think?

How often do game used helmets come on sale at the store on campus? How plentiful are they once they do come on sale? Is it an item that is hit or miss or are the chances of getting a game used helmet pretty good?

You can get one for 300 from the gift shop. Prices vary for sales and they are normally twice a year. They normally have plenty, but the vast majority are scout teamers. Sticker numbers are buy at your own risk to say the least. My advice is to buy a helmet bc you want an LSU helmet not a particular player...that way you won't be disapointed.
