Alabama didn't do shite for a decade before 2008. There future looks bright and they have a great program. OU had a bad 2009, but have been an elite program for a decade. You guys are putting too much emphasis on a couple of games and the last 2 years.

Nobody cares what you think. There's a reason noone is responding to your repeated cries for attention. I'm sorry but I had to spell it out.

Exactly why you are responding, you truly are pathetic. Please whine more though, I can never get enough of people crying cause someone doesn't agree with their opinion.

I'll just do what I did for most of this topic and ignore you. The shrink board (O-T) is to the left. Jeez man.

Yes I know you ignore facts because they do not back your opinion. Continue to believe 1 game defines a program. By that logic Ole Miss is a lot better than LSU.

It is enjoyable to see you bitch, moan, complain, and whine. Keep up the good work, you are one of the best at doing that.

And the sight of Tressel, hat in hand, losing yet again to USC was precious. The 'not again' expression on your faces is stuff legends is made of. You can hope all you want after a bogus Rose Bowl win but deep down, we still know who you call daddy. But keep hoping though, its what makes you perennial failure so much fun to behold.
Enjoy watching Ohio State in yet another BCS Bowl game this season while your coach mismanages games and leads you to another 9-4 season.
Ohio State has the balls to schedule a team like USC or Texas OOC. Other than Va Tech I haven't seen LSU schedule ANY team resembling a top 10 opponent OOC in the last decade.
That's right one OOC game scheduled in the last 10 years against a top 10 program.

When you have 3 or 4 top 10 teams (legit ones, not the big 10 kind) in your conference, you don't have to. You know, the kind you guys aren't able to beat. Wow, you are really reaching now.

I think I have found a bandwagon fan...

USC(not even maybe)
Texas
Florida
Alabama
Oklahoma
Ohio state
Ga Tech
Oregon (on its way to being a power)
Penn State
Va Tech
Boise State
Ole Piss (beaten us 2 straight head to head and in record.)
And after next year the list grows. Look at the two deep, no experience on defense, and we still have Crowton on off. This team struggles to win 9.

Jeez. I don't know what to say. He just keeps on pretending like the loss LAST SEASON to Penn State didn't happen. I feel like I'm talking to a 3 year old.
Since results three and four years ago are so important to you, more so than last year, I take it you don't think Bama is one of the top 25 programs in the nation right now?

For the visually impaired such as yourself, I did accept we had a bad season. The question was more about the state of the program. And if 1 loss to PSU counts so much in your book, then the loss to a pathetic USC team should as well. Shows you the mindset of a coach and a program when the name of your opponent pretty much determines the outcome even before the game is played.

Quit embarassing yourself and read the OP again. Jeez is right.

You are talking to a 3 year old, he has proven this over and over again during the course of this thread. When you offer a rebuttal to his argument he puts his heels deeper into the ground and presses his buttons harder just to show you how wrong you are. For 3/4 pages he has repeated the same thing over and over and over and over again.
He wants to discuss programs in current state yet he is referring to something that happened 3 years ago.

Better than us:

Texas
Oregon
Even with us:

Ohio State

Your idiot factor is climbing. Here are the top 10 teams that LSU played each year in the last 10 years.
2000 - NO top 10 teams
2001 - Florida and Tennessee (L,L and W)
2002 - Texas (L)
2003 - Oklahoma and Georgia (W,W and W)
2004 - Georgia and Iowa (L,L)
2005 - Alabama (W)
2006 - Florida and Auburn (L,L)
2007 - Virginia Tech and Ohio State (W,W)
2008 - Florida, Alabama and Georgia (L,L and L)
2009 - Florida, Alabama and Penn State (L,L and L)
So, your claim is not only not true but when analyzed LSU has a 7-13 record against teams that finished in the top 10. Additionally of the 20 top 10 teams that LSU played in the last decade 6 of them were NOT SEC teams. The SECCG also gave LSU an extra opportunity to play a highly ranked opponent in 4 years (one of which was not a top 10 opponent).
So, LSU actually scheduled 11 top ten teams in the last decade on their regular season schedule. Wow, now that is an impressive feat and it is a far cry from the 3-4 teams that they regularly play in conference that you claim are top 10 teams each and every year.

And that's my point. You're a hypocrite. You're using the past year (and two years ago) for Bama, yet you won't for Ohio State?

To add to my above post. As a comparison Ohio State has also played 20 games against teams that finished in the top 10 in the last decade and ended with a 9-11 record against those teams.

And your lack of coherence and abundance of stupidity continue to amaze me. OSU was a better program until we won the NC in 03 - no question. Moreover, I like how you indicate where the teams ended up. So many of them were top 10 when LSU played then and did not end up there because we beat them. Miami, Arkansas and several others would need to be added. Your diversionary tactics are laughable.

yeah, but how many NC's does tOSU have in the last decade?
(see what I did there?)

It doesn't matter where a team is at, it's where they finish. There were games in addition to LSU those teams lost, otherwise, even if LSU beat them, they'd finish in the top 10. Oregon did not finish in the top 10 (#12), so we're not counting them for us, either.
