Wow, I'm new to this place, but I'm finding out that there are a ton of people that have emotionally attached themselves to Myles Brennan. As in their eyes at least, he can do no wrong.
Meanwhile, I agree with Kayshon Boutte, Nussmeier will be a great starter for LSU and win a lot of games. As I trust Kayshon Boutte's judgment. Anyone as good as Boutte is bound to know what he is talking about. Not to mention that Boutte has a lot more riding on this season than anyone posting on this site.

I wanted to put like ten bucks on him in Tunica during the summer and he wasn’t listed even. I ended up getting a small bet at 6-1 after the Texas game.

Wtf, that’s the weirdest thing I’ve heard this summer

No, your opinions are shite and your reading comprehension skills are worse than a 3 year old.

You need to reread what boutte said. Unless you want someone to explain what he actually said.

Joe Borrow was a senior QB.
He was a graduate student with 2 years of eligibility left.
With that I don’t see Brennan ever throwing down with someone like Devin White or Queen. Burrow was a straight dog. Brennan is an entitled guy that has other interests besides football. I’m not so sure he has that fire.

Currently, quarterback Myles Brennan from the LSU Tigers is leading in both tickets and handle to win the Heisman Trophy at Caesars Sportsbook.
That's ridiculous.

Brennan’s maximum potential is something like Mac Jones in 2020 if his o-line protection is near perfect. I still prefer Nuss.

You make statements like “Vegas has no clue” and hyperbolic comments about the QBs then when you get countered with reason you accuse everyone else of being emotionally unstable. It’s always guys like you who have no self awareness and constantly engage in projection. You’re new so even though more and more it looks like Twitter here, it’s not.

means Vegas knows Brennan is starting I doubt he wins the Heisman tho

Some random poster on a message board knows better than Vegas.

That is really shocking to be honest.
Posted on 6/17/22 at 11:42 am to Champs
Too funny. Not even a named starter in running for Heisman.

Well that's just insane. Just the kind of jack-assery we need to propel a disappointing season. Let's just all be happy we no longer have the Shrimp Boat Capt and the felon leading the program and see what develops from there.

There is no question regarding what Boutte said in that interview. He perceives Nussmeier as being the best in the QB derby and wants him to start. He wouldn't have been so blunt if he didn't feel strongly that Nussmeier should be the starter.
Not to mention that all the reports that came out during the spring by various people about Nuss being the best and most consistent of the QBs of the three of them showed out in the spring game. As in the spring game, Nuss was by far the best QB on the field and not only did I notice it, but so did the ESPN announcers notice it.
As Nuss is a future first rounder and he is going to inevitably be one of the best QBs to have ever played at LSU.
Not to start Nuss during Boutte's final money season would be criminal.

Yes, and you’re terrible.

Happens every year. In his case, people appreciate his determination, and would like to see him be rewarded for overcoming 2 years unlucky adversity. I like Nuss a lot, but you seem to have a more emotional attachment to him than the ones you’re accusing of having for Brennan.

horseshite. These people literally do not exist. Thinking he’s the best and/or rooting for him to start in no reasonable way equals thinking “he can do no wrong.”

So do I. Doesn’t mean it has to start in ‘22.

As I trust Kayshon Boutte's judgment.
Why? Just because he’s great doesn’t mean he has good judgment. In fact, he showed poor judgement by being away from the team during the coaching change. It was so poor, Kelly had to call him out in the media to get his message across, because they hadn’t even spoken.

Makes zero sense unless we’re talking about route running.

What the frick does that have to with the price of tea in China?

I really like both Nuss and Boutte. But if you think a WR with 1 season left should be determine who starts at QB, you’re a fricking moron. I mean, you’re a fricking moron anyway, as you have so aggressively shown in such a short amount of time on here. Seriously, you are fricking terrible.
